Alumni: Lauren James

Lauren began performing in Swansea at the age of 11, training weekly at the Mark Jermin Stage School.

At the age of 18, Lauren joined the West End cast of Les Miserables where she understudied and played the lead roles of Eponine and Cosette at the Palace and Queens Theatre. Further theatre credits include her understudying the lead role of Nellie Forbush in the UK No1 Tour of Rodgers and Hammerstein's musical South Pacific and played Princess Jasmine in Aladdin at The Theatre Royal, Bath. In 2009 and 2010, Milton Morrisey Productions debuted Les Miserables in Concert in Jersey and Guernsey where Lauren played the lead role of Cosette. Lauren is currently starring in Stephen Schwartz's hit musical Wicked in London's West End, where she plays the role of Nessarose and understudy Glinda.
