The Swansea Jerminator group became so successful that the team decided to also launch a Junior Jerminator group which run at the same time and offered this elite, triple threat training to students as young as 9 years old. The Jerminators sessions run on one Sunday every month and allows students aged 9-21 years old the opportuntiy to work with industry professionals and West End Performers for 6 hours at a time. Every few months, we offer OPEN AUDITIONS for new students who would like to access this higher level of intense training however members of the group are hand selected from these audition sessions.

This year, we are delighted to be launching a CARDIFF JERMINATOR branch in September 2019, and develop the talents of Young Musical Theatre performers from Cardiff and its surrounding areas. For more information on how to become a Jerminator, please feel free to contact our team on 01792 458855.

Spotlight

Spotlight is an independent internet linked casting service used by casting directors and producers both nationally and abroad. Without an entry in Spotlight, we are not able to offer your child for professional engagements. Photographs and CVs are updated annually and casting departments cross-reference our suggestions for parts before calling children to audition.

Going to Auditions

The majority of auditions take place in London at studios, or occasionally at our own school. Pupils are taken to auditions and on shoots by parents or by our own licensed chaperones and the chaperone's expenses are paid for by the parents of children attending the casting/shoot. Parents are responsible for their own child's fares whether travelling via public transport, hired minibus, coach or if a chaperone's car is used. Chaperone's are licensed by their Local Education Authority.

Agency Fees

Mark Jermin Managements commission is between 15 - 20 % of the gross rate including all chaperone fees, (the gross includes all spin off payments and residuals). VAT is chargeable on commission.

Mark Jermin training makes a considerable impact on our success rate. See our Credits page for a list of some of the professional work our students have undertaken and are currently involved in.

Children and Adult clients have starred in thousands of television commercials, promo's and voiceovers, and students have performed throughout Europe at some of the most famous venues in the world.
