By enrolling in any of  Mark Jermin’s IBIZA  Industry Weekends in 2026, the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds are acknowledged and agreed to by the participant (or by the parent/guardian of any participant booked on to a course who is under 18):

1. Commitment and Attendance

• By registering and paying for the Mark Jermin Ibiza Industry Weekend 2026, participants confirm their full commitment to attend all of sessions on the specified course dates.
• Inability to attend any part of the course, for any reason, will be considered a voluntary absence. No alternative sessions or refunds will be offered for any missed content.

2. Payment Terms

• All course fees must be paid in full and in advance prior to the commencement of Ibiza Industry Weekend 2026 and before the Full Settlement date which is 2 x calendar’s month prior to the start of the course.
• Failure to pay on time may result in removal from the course and potential refusal of future course bookings.
• If for any reason a subscription is missed and fails, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the missed payment is paid. 

3. Cancellation and Refund Deadlines

All cancellations must be made in writing to: train@markjermin.co.uk.

The following refund and cancellation  policy applies for the Mark Jermin Ibiza Industry Weekend course in  2026:

On ANY Cancellation made within 42  days of your booking (6 weeks of your initial booking and payment) and before 1st October 2025  will mean that £250 will be kept by the company as a cancellation fee. And any other fees will be refunded to you.

If £250 has not been paid, the amount of £250 minus any fees paid towards this course will be due to Mark Jermin. 

On ANY Cancellation made from 1st October to 1st December 2025,  £250 will be kept by the company as a cancellation fee. And any other fees paid will be transferred to future Mark Jermin Courses. The transfer of fees must be used in Mark Jermin classes,  sessions and training within 6 months from the cancellation date 

From 1st December 2025, we won’t be able to accept any cancellations and won’t be able to offer any refunds.. All cancellations will be treated as full payments, and the full fee of the course will be due to Mark Jermin.

4. Additional Non-Refundable Conditions

• Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Illness
  • Personal schedule conflicts
  • Changes in circumstances
  • Travel issues
  • Withdrawal for any reason on or after 1st June 2026
• Exceptions will not be made on a case-by-case basis, regardless of reason, to ensure fairness to all participants.

5. Force Majeure

• In the event of cancellation of Industry Week 2026 due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), alternative delivery methods (e.g., online sessions) or rescheduling may be offered. Refunds will not be guaranteed in these instances.
