Industry Week 2024 / 2025 Terms and Conditions
By committing to the Mark Jermin Industry Week I acknowledge and adhere to the following terms and conditions:
-By committing, registering, and paying for this Mark Jermin Industry Week course I am committed to attend the sessions and am available to attend all the dates set for this course. I understand that if I cannot make any of the classes or dates, this is my choice and I fully accept missing any element. It is not the responsibility of Mark Jermin to provide any alternative session.
-By committing, registering, and paying for this Mark Jermin Industry Week course, I confirm I or the Student am fit and well enough to participate in all elements of each class. Anything that may present any difficulties will be made fully aware to Mark Jermin staff prior to my arrival. This can be either in writing, included in the booking form notes or in person.
-All fees for this course are to be 100% paid in advance prior to arrival and prior to the start of the course. Failure to pay for the course upfront may jeopardise my participation in any class or area of the course.
-Multiple missed or late fees may result in not being able to Register or be accepted for future classes
-For Industry Week 2024 or Industry Week 2025, any cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected].
– The refund and cancellation policy and procedures including all “cut off dates” for any cancellations and inability to attend the course are as follows:
FOR INDUSTRY WEEK 2025:
- Up to 1st January 2025, if any student cancels their place via the preferred method of in writing, 100% of all monies paid towards Industry Week 2025 will be refunded back to the student. This will be done via method of original payment or a Bank Transfer transaction
- On and after the 1st January 2025 but prior to 31st March 2025, if any student cancels their place, 20% of the total Industry Week fee will be kept by Mark Jermin (if payments have already been made) or 20% of the fee will be owed to Mark Jermin (if 20% of the total course fee has not yet been paid) All other monies over this 20% price that have previously paid towards Industry Week 2025 will be refunded back to the Student / Customer. This can be done on request either in the same way the original payment was made or via a Bank Transfer.
- On and after the 1st April 2025 but prior to 31st May 2025, if any student cancels their place during this time period, 50% of the total Industry Week fee will be kept by Mark Jermin (if payments have already been made) or 50% of the fee will be owed to Mark Jermin (if 50% of the total course fee has not yet been paid) All other monies over this 50% price that have previously paid towards Industry Week 2024 will be refunded back to the Customer. This can be done on request either in the same way the original payment was made or via a Bank Transfer.
- On and after 1st June 2025, if any cancellations are made, there will be no refund available. No fees will be able to be transferred to an alternative Mark Jermin course.
FOR INDUSTRY WEEK 2024:
- After 1st June 2024, if any cancellations are made, or requests for refunds for Industry Week 2024, there will be no refunds available.
-For any elements of participation in Industry Week, I give permission for photos and footage to be taken and recorded in any classes/ rehearsal/ sessions and I give permission that this footage may be used for publicity and promotion on Mark Jermin social outlets, press/ publicity materials/ and websites for the foreseeable and will be kept for future archive of Mark Jermin.
-I fully agree to the Confidentiality of the classes confirm that I will not share ANY scripts, ANY lesson content, Or ANY Other Information or Material with ANY Outside parties. This included any casting information/course descriptions/or materials with any outside parties or students who do not attend and pay for sessions at Mark Jermin.
-I understand that the staff at The Mark Jermin Stage School are regulated and monitored, and all issues and complaints are thoroughly investigated by the school’s director and his faculty.
-For any complaint on any class, or issue, the complaint must be made in writing within 24 hours of said issue / complaint.
-On behalf myself or of the student I fully acknowledge that The Mark Jermin Stage School, its staff, members, and agents will not be liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during the course of training.
