The Mark Jermin Stage School originated in Swansea South Wales, and in 2020, Swansea’s most exciting Arts hub: Venue No.1 became the The Mark Jermin Stage School’s Headquarters in the heart of Swansea.
Venue No.1 a fabulous newly developed premiere one stop Arts Hub… with Rehearsal spaces, Mirrored Dance Studios, Drama Rooms, a Self Tape Casting Studio, a fully equipped Studio Theatre, a Cafe, Changing Rooms, Offices, Meeting rooms and Retail spaces.
We want Venue No1 to be a truly collaborative space. As well as classes from The Mark Jermin Stage School you’ll also be able to take part in classes from a whole host of companies specialising in Dance, Yoga, Toddler and Baby development, Wellbeing and Performing Arts.
Our beautiful Green Room Cafe at Venue No.1 serves fantastic coffee from Coaltown, healthy Vegan shakes and everyone’s favourite Joe’s ice cream. You can call by for one of their wholesome and hearty brunches, and sample one of their delicious infamous cakes!
